Every partner should be checked before you ever meet them. We are proposing a written standard for doing that, and showing you the result on every listing.
Local business registration and permits confirmed as current before a partner is onboarded.
Department of Tourism accreditation and other relevant certifications reviewed where they apply to the service.
For transport partners, vehicle registration and insurance documents checked and kept on file.
Background checks and licence verification for drivers and guides who will be with our travelers.
A Dreamspree team member books and experiences the service anonymously before it appears in a package.
Listings would show the month of the most recent re-audit, and partners are reviewed on a regular cycle.
The Dreamspree Promise · concept
The idea behind the Promise is simple: if a Dreamspree-arranged service fails to show, your consultant works to rebook it or make it right, rather than leaving you to a dispute form. The exact terms, timelines and any compensation are being defined and are not yet offered.
